Shipping prices quoted on this website are for Mainland UK addresses.  Deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations (e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands) may be subject to additional delivery charges and can have slightly longer delivery lead-times. Regrettably, we cannot deliver to non-UK destinations, including the Republic of Ireland at this time.

Shipping rates as shown apply to items in the Copycast Studios online shop:

* Next Day Delivery (where selectable on the product page) = £4.99

For free standard shipping we use a mixture of couriers, Royal Mail and our own delivery services.  Typically, parcels will arrive within 2-3 days.

 

Next Day Delivery - orders need to be placed before 12pm. Next Day Delivery may not always be "next day" as some couriers advise 1-2 days service level agreement on their Next Day Delivery option.
 

 

Returns - Unwanted Items

You are able to review a product and return an unwanted item so long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt.

Unwanted items can be returned so long as the item still has all of its original packaging, is unused, and in a re-saleable condition.

You will be entitled to a refund of your full purchase price and any shipping fees - however you are liable for the cost of returning the unwanted product.  We recommend that you use a trackable service for returns as we are not liable for loss or damage for items being returned.  Guidance can be given and we can also instruct our couriers if you'd prefer at a cost of £7.00 payable before collection.

Please Contact Us if you wish to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your parcel.  We will set up your return and issue a returns label as required.

Certain products are excluded from the change of mind return policy. These include gift vouchers, gift packs, Service Fees and any personalised products or products made to order.

 

Returns - Faulty Items 

Unless stated elsewhere, our products come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty.  If your product develops a fault due to the manufacturing process we will repair your item.  If it is not viable for repair, we can replace your item on a like-for-like basis.  Should the item not be available due to discontinuation, we will refund the original purchase price.  Proof of purchase will be required to identify the transaction.

Repair or replacement without a valid proof of purchase is at the discretion of Copycast Studios™ - gift vouchers may be offered in this circumstance as a gesture of goodwill.
